Why Instant Insoles
Foot discomfort changed the way we thought about insoles.
As athletes and active people, we understood the frustration of foot discomfort during training, long workdays, outdoor activities, and everyday life. We wanted something more personal than choosing a generic insert and hoping it would eventually feel right.
That experience shaped Instant Insoles: a mobile service built around the individual. We come to the customer, team, or clinic; assess the feet and footwear; select the appropriate foundation; and mold each insole during the appointment.

Instant Insoles began with our founder, a lifelong athlete and passionate runner who spent years struggling with foot discomfort. Despite trying numerous insoles and footwear products, he could never find the right combination of comfort, support, and performance that his active lifestyle demanded.
Rather than accepting the discomfort, he decided to find his own solution.
The Discovery of Carbon Fiber
His journey led him to carbon fiber, an advanced material recognized for its exceptional strength, lightweight construction, and applications in aerospace engineering, sports equipment, and orthopedic technology.
Fascinated by its potential, he began researching scientific studies conducted by universities, medical institutions, and independent biomechanics laboratories across the United States, Europe, and Asia. These studies explored how carbon-fiber orthotics could influence foot mechanics, redistribute pressure, and support comfort and performance.
Inspired by the research, he began developing his own carbon-fiber insole, determined to create something that would fit the natural contours of the foot rather than forcing the foot to adapt to a standard, mass-produced insert.
Turning an Idea Into Innovation
The process wasn't easy. It took numerous prototypes, experimentation, and continuous adjustments to find the right balance of strength, flexibility, thickness, and comfort.
One of the most important breakthroughs was developing a specialized molding process that allowed the carbon-fiber insole to be individually shaped to each person's feet.
What began as a personal project gradually evolved into something much bigger: a new approach to personalized foot support.
From One Athlete to Everyone
Our founder soon realized that foot discomfort wasn't limited to runners and athletes. Healthcare professionals, teachers, construction workers, and millions of everyday individuals spend countless hours on their feet, often searching for better comfort and support.
That realization became the driving force behind Instant Insoles.
Today, we combine advanced carbon-fiber technology with innovative custom-fitting equipment to create individually contoured insoles in under 15 minutes. Through our convenient mobile service, we bring this personalized fitting experience directly to homes, workplaces, fitness facilities, and participating events.
